Recent global crisis resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian / Ukraine war has led to lasting changes in trends that affect employees all over the world. Engagement levels including productivity and purchasing power of workers have dipped and worsened.  The commitment of workers to achieving productivity is on the downside because of income loss, job loss and high cost of living.

This survey is being conducted to establish whether the poor financial situation of a worker can affect the worker’s commitment to achieving corporate goals and an overall increase in productivity at the workplace. It is, therefore, necessary for companies to conduct employee financial wellness productivity surveys to address productivity challenges for overall corporate growth and turnaround.
